If we manage our personal finances then we won’t have corruption because we wont spend what we do not have!!!!
Reflection Questions!!!
How much money do you have now?
How much money do you expect to get today tomorrow or next month?
How do I grow it for the next 2-6 months, 1 year, 3 years or 10 years?
Every one has a beginning point!!!
The beginning point is the amount of cash you have……
It could be 100k, 200k, 300k 1,000,000k… or Zero shillings...
It can be cash at bank, cash at hand or under the pillow.
The onus is that we add onto whatever we have and the reason why we should add on is that our potential is unlimited, inexaustable, in the infinity. Whatever we have is smaller than our potential.Our mind has never got full despite studying from kindergarten to having our first degree to a PhD!!!!
Your potential is as big as your dream….
Dream=Current cash position + our collectables + dreams.
How do we start earning?
Dream Big
Value your dreams= let your dreams consist of monetary estimates
Communicate your dream to your target audience/ customer-Make sure you win the deal.Work on the deal to become mature.
Deliver work as per specifications (Quality, quantity, size, taste, etc) - Deadlines.
Ways to get money?
Picking money- how many times have you picked money?
Donations-It has donor fatigue.
Stealing-Do not even think about it!!!!
Working for the money or making money work for us. Start a business because It’s the way to go!!

You may consider giving a TITHE on your cash to church because there is an almight God who protect us so that cockroaches’ do not crawl into our open nose at night when we are asleep.
You MUST SAVE a portion of your income before you spend.
Our Money goes into expenditures like school fees, rent, utilities, membership and subscriptions, personal grooming, bad practice etc

Low returns, less influential to investors
A market of treasury bills, fixed deposits; and

But very illiquid and lump.
Start a business
Money cannot buy you happiness nor can it buy love as sang by the bettles
Saving will help
Have a good life after retirement
Investment opportunities
Livelihood of dependants
Bread winner becomes unemployed
Bread winner passes away


Money cannot buy happiness nor can it buy love as sang by the Beatles during the 1960s. But money certainly can help people enjoy a lively, dynamic retirement. The issue is not accumulating wealth for its own sake, but rather having access to the financial resources needed to be able to enjoy whatever particular activities and lifestyle people select for themselves.

Make Moment memorable.The YES way

On Father's Day I'll wander down memory lane and I'll smile knowing my dad, at 60 years of age, is doing likewise.

With many miles between us at times, I'm seldom with Dad on Father's Day and this year was no different. Sure, we'll have a cheerful chat on the phone and he will thank me for his card and gift. Nonetheless, we won't feel cheated by the status of a calendar-for we have oodles of memories to sustain us.

For us, Father's Day is whenever we are fortunate enough to be together. It's not as often as I'd like, but when it happens we have extended visits-not just a few days. Recently I went home and spent an entire month with Dad; each and every day was a joyful celebration! That equals 20 years worth of Father's Days rolled into one get-together-it doesn't get any better than that.

Our month of memory making took us down pathways abundant with twists, turns, and even a few detours. One afternoon we bounced at a friends and straight we went back home

"Ram," Dad said, "don't you think we should bake chapati’s?"

In translation, that meant Ram would you bake chapati’s? His sweet tooth had been deprived of dessert for at least three days-mercy!

"Sure! You just relax while I mix up a batch."

I'd barely begun when I heard when the friend whom we bounced earlier came knocking.. Salaam Aleikum

I soon popped the Chapati’s into the pan. "Dad, how long's it been since you've had icing on your chapatis?"

His eyes twinkled at the thought. "Way too long!"

While I fried the Chapati’s, Dad rode sidekick with Da Guest through the Their old days. At the next commercial, he dismounted and sauntered into the kitchen to clean out the icing bowl, while I expected to hear the clatter of spurs against the kitchen floor.

"What kind of icing is this? I know it's mixed salads but it tastes a little different than usual."

"Dad, it's salad mocha. the TZ style I know Mom made it from time to time."

"Well, if she did, I sure don't remember it!" He left not one smidgen of icing and nearly scraped the finish right off the bowl.

Still smacking his lips, he yanked a recipe card out of a drawer and scribbled down detailed instructions for making salad mocha icing.

Baking chapati’s and icing them for Da Guest's sidekick will most definitely dance through my mind on Father's Day? Still, if I were able to spend the actual occasion with Dad, I know exactly how we'd observe his special day.? That Day made me realize that we might not think about making the best out of moments, to you all

Make you moment your because tomorrow they will stick in your memories

THE African YES attitude, we say that an enterprising person is one who comes across a pile of scrap metal and sees the making of a wonderful sculpture. An enterprising person is one who drives through an old weak part of town and sees a new housing development. An enterprising person is one who sees opportunity in all areas of life.

To be enterprising is to keep your eyes open and your mind active. It's to be skilled enough, confident enough, creative enough and disciplined enough to seize opportunities that present themselves...the Gaetano way, regardless of the economy.

Now Say AIESEC, then a person with an enterprising attitude says, "Find out what you can before action is taken." Do your homework. Do the research. Be prepared. Be resourceful. Do all you can in preparation of what's to come?

Enterprising people always see the future in the present. Enterprising people always find a way to take advantage of a situation, not be burdened by it. And enterprising people aren't lazy. They don't wait for opportunities to come to them, they go after the opportunities. Enterprise means always finding a way to keep yourself actively working toward your ambition.

Enterprise is two things. The first is creativity. You need creativity to see what's out there and to shape it to your advantage. You need creativity to look at the world a little differently. You need creativity to take a different approach, to be different.

What goes hand-in-hand with the creativity of enterprise is the second requirement: the courage to be creative. You need courage to see things differently, courage to go against the crowd, courage to take a different approach, courage to stand alone if you have to, courage to choose activity over inactivity.

And lastly, being enterprising doesn't just relate to the ability to make money. Being enterprising also means feeling good enough about yourself, having enough self worth to want to seek advantages and opportunities that will make a difference in your future. And by doing so you will increase your confidence, your courage, your creativity and your self-worth, your enterprising nature.

So all YES participants take a brave heart and seize opportunities
